Recognition of Prior Learning

Many pilots seeking advanced training have existing qualifications and experience that can reduce the amount of training required to complete a course.

When preparing a quote, we consider the following factors:

  • trainee existing qualifications and experience
  • common or related training competencies, and
  • regulatory requirements for each course.

This means it can some time and effort to prepare the best quote for each prospective trainee.

To streamline the process, we have created this quote form to capture some of the information we need to prepare a detailed quote for you.

The more information you provide, the more effectively we can tailor the quote to your qualifications and experience, giving you the best possible quote.

The quote prepared is our best evaluation of the training required, based on the information provided.

However, it is important to remember, that all training is based on Competency Based Training principles, and progress through the course may vary between trainees, and in some cases the training time may vary from the initial quoted amount, resulting in a reduction or increase in course cost.

Submitting a Request for Training Quote

The Request for Training Quote process has the following steps:

  1. Select the type of training required, and enter your contact details, and then
  2. Complete a pilot experience profile for each person training, relevant to the type of training required.
